Canal cruising in Amsterdam

Let’s go to Amsterdam, the city of canals. A canal ride is definitely one of the best ways to get to know Amsterdam.

Canal cruising is a real tradition in Amsterdam which goes back to 17th century. The city built on 165 canals which are recognised as a UNESCO world heritage site.

I love cities surrounded with water and love activities on water so it was pretty clear I wouldn’t miss a canal boat trip to see Amsterdam from this perspective.

I took a hop on – hop off canal cruise with Canal Bus which has 3 lines and 16 stops and very convenient to go to many touristic sites and museums such as Van Gogh MuseumRijksmuseum and Anne Frank House.
